Imperfectly complicated

We are the centre and all around are the wires circling us. There are many wires. Wires made of ambition, insecurities, pride, feelings, emotions, dirty pleasures, threats, ego, envy, acheivements and whatever we give importance and priority to.
But many say, we are surrounded by circle of people, with whom we are comfortable to share some of the mentioned aspects.
But isn't it the same, we have these wires and we decide who to let it enter, whom to make leave. We don't let everyone see the naked us. Because at today's time we are very complicated personalities. We try to be what others would like us to be and name it as compromise or survival things. I know you would be saying that we believe in being ourselves and be what we are. But are we actually that. We read a article and we decide yeah this is totally saying my feelings and portraing me the best. We read we get impressed and this is the cover we give to our own messed up complicated self.
It is true, life never said it would be easy but not facing your real self and your problems is the complication we create in the mayhem. So let's see the things for a while black and white and not keep on adding a pop of color for our own escapism.
