The journey to self
Once upon a time, there lived a girl. A girl full of dreams and desires. She always wanted to fly. She was waiting for a chance when she could spread all her dreams and take her flight. But she didn't know that the world was not like the sky, clear and ever expanding. This world was made of a society, which was filled with these people who were like a never ending maze, they would always judge you, talk about you, criticize for your novelty, always stand between your way. They would always try to lead you to the tunnel filled with darkness and their demons.
She got lost in this maze, more then that she lost herself in this maze. She was deusioned with the illusions of brightness. In this tunnel she got seperated from her faith and hope.
But as we say, every tunnel doesn't have a dead end. Sometimes we have to float in the darkness to reach the end. The end that is your normal self.
At last she found her way out. She was free, and at that moment she was liberated from her fear and from this society. She wasn't afraid to follow her dreams and the untold desires of her. She was different, she had found what she had always looked for.
She realised that it wasn't the flying but the feeling to fly that sets us alive. The fire should never stop and nor should the flames die.
We are who we are. We may get lost for a while in all the stories and lanes and maybe even drown in the sea, but we can't die. We will emerge again and that is when we will find us and this is what journey is all about.
