mirror mirror on the wall
In the mirror, I see
my reflection;
A girl with twinkle
in her eyes,
Shimmer in her smile.
The desires and
ambitions of life,
The laughter with the
rhythm of music,
Serenity undefined;
an ease, calmness and an unsaid peace.
The innocence still
in the purest form,
The fragrance of freeness,
the epitome of simplicity,
A perfect picture, a
heart with no sin and evil thoughts;
Lust for flying high
in the sky and living the life.
But today the time
has changed,
The reflection has
modified;
The image redefined.
The unknown is in the
eyes,
Glitter and shimmer is
a disguise to hide the brimming emotions inside.
Complexity wraps the
skin
Pretention is what
fits her best.
The innocence seems wracked;
pieces of hope shattered inside.
Pain keeps tearing
the beauty of her soul.
The spirits want to
rise,
But with every night,
They just drown
inside; the pool of doubt, betrayal, faux and anguishes taught by life.
Despise resides in
her heart somewhere,
Given by the world
ready to manipulate her all the time,
Walking on her
feelings and breaking every single light of sunshine.
In this dark even the
sun rises with no light,
She is now just
breathing to survive in this made up world.
