The paradigm
A small town girl shifting into the big city, with even
bigger dreams and passions and overwhelming enthusiasm. She has the spirit too
high with the edge of bending over to get what she wants; fulfill the dream she
has been seeing from so long. She goes for hook or crock and just lives up her
expectations even after the life shattering and life changing events. It’s this
that makes her hard and strong from fragile and naïve.
We all have read this and seen this lot: The struggle of the
small town people to conquer the world and live their dream. But what we forget
is that we all are humans, we feel the same, we have the same emotions and we
all like fame. We bend, we cross limits, we extend, we stretch, and we contract
and do whatever it takes to get what we want. We all have dreams, ambitions, we
all our passionate about something whether materialistic or non materialistic.
We cry when we lose, we feel pain and hurt of the cruelties that we face on our
path to our success. Belonging to a small or big town does not matter. What
matters is the dream that we have been carrying like mother carries her child
in her womb. The way she nourishes it and protects the child in the same way we
humans do what it takes to make our dream a reality. Like the baby grows so
does the dream. And at the end it is born and takes the shape that we had
wanted. And the realization and the happiness of the fulfilled dream are same
for all be it a small town person or metro person.
So it’s not about the city nor about the gender; it’s about
who we are and what we want and how much we want. We all are same full of
dreams and the same attitude to fight and win it.
